Here is what feeding time could be like with training!

Give the gift of Training this holiday season! Legacy offers Gift Certificates for a one time puppy class or Obedience training classes! All classes are taught in the privacy of your own home with an Animal Behavior College certified Legacy Trainer.

Puppy Class Gift Certificate: $80.00

Thinking of getting a puppy? Already have a new puppy? Feel like you're a in a bit over your head or just want to make sure you are doing everything to set you and your puppy up for success? Legacy offers puppy readiness classes! We come to you, we will go over the do's and don'ts of puppy parenting, set up a successful house breaking regiment, teach you the methods of crate training, explain which toys are appropriate for a puppy that wont lead to bad habits later or harm them and teach you how to overcome nuisance behaviors you may have encountered already such as destructive chewing and puppy nipping. And finally teach you the habits that will prepare your puppy for obedience training. We are proud to offer this valuable in home readiness class for only $80.00.

Legacy is happy to announce the addition of Dog Walking service! $20 for 30-minute walk applying/teaching leash manners, $15 for a 20 min leg stretch and $10 for a 15 min potty break/walk.

Orientation

At Orientation we will answer questions about our classes. We ask that you leave your dog at home for orientation. Please bring proof of up to date vaccinations (your vet can provide you with this if you do not have one). Orientation can be attended before or after sign up but should be attended before beginning basic obedience class.
What should I bring to class?
4, 5 or 6 ft. Leash. No retractable leashes please!
Martingale design or buckle collar.
Treat pouch or baggie of treats. Having a variety of treats for varying levels of performance is good as well. For example, store bought training treat for average performance and high value treats such as chicken or hot dog pieces for exceptional efforts.
Clean up bag for bathroom accidents.

Day Training is now available at Legacy. Does your dog need a tune-up, or have you considered Board and train and decided that you don't want to send your dog away for weeks or months and spend thousands of dollars? Consider Day Training! drop your dog off before work and we will train your dog and pick them up at the end of the day.
